I will grant you Tony Carter, though. That guy's pretty talented. He's by far your best CB. He's not as good as Flowers, though.

What? No. On both.
Harris has two years of experience, and he was pretty good both years. This past year, he was #5 in the league in yards allowed per coverage snap, #2 in run stops, and #1 in rushing the passer. That makes for a great CB.
Carter is not that good. Flowers, Harris and Bailey are all vastly better. Of course, Carter is much better than Smith or Robinson.
