Other than the first 20 minutes, I loved it. And, really I shouldn't even complain about that, because they have to set the story up somehow, and I can't think of another way of establishing the story, so that's being rather nit picky on my part.

I think it's definitely a sleeper hit for a blockbuster summer movie, that's also a quality film.

I don't even care to pick apart holes there may possibly be in the plot line. All I know is I was completely into the movie once the action started, and engrossed with a real sense of suspense, panic, imminent danger, or whatever you want to call it, up to the end.

Now, the question is how will it do at the box office, and will it do enough ticket sales that they're going to adapt the sequel that the original author is currently writing ( All You Need is Kill )? Rumor has it that it is titled something like The Thin Bit ?

Doug Liman did a tremendous job directing, the cast was enjoyable and believable, and the effects and creatures done very well.
I hope they get a crack at making the sequel!
