So, basically, any team looking for a new G.M. in the foreseeable future can pull one name out of the “D” file.

That is just stupid. I wouldn't want that if I was DeCosta. I would want my freedom. And the money part I don't get. I mean so what about the money it is about the position. I thought that a team could not block a promotion.
