Whats more substantial evidence than....well his entire coaching career? He's never been a ball control, defensive HC.
He's an offensive QB centered HC that likes to throw the ball. Alot. They're gonna throw it when they're ahead/behind/even etc and try and score points.
I tend to think Smith has the ability to do that, but I also understand that if you look at his history when asked to do that, it might show the opposite.

Fair enough. I can understand the conclusion you draw from Reid's history. I just think we may be surprised with a more balanced attack. Guess we'll see...
