We've identified this as a high piority fix before the next simulation season. You will be able to have designed QB runs out of other formations, but overall you won't be able to run your QB more frequently than they ran in the NFL. Obviously it us unrealistuc for your QB to gain 100 plus yards on the ground every game. Enjoy it while it lasts.
