First incident never saw any charges filed. Mike Anderson met with the victim personally and it's known he told her they couldn't do anything unless she filed charges.

Second incident, again, no charges filed, but it was enough for the student review board to vote Dixon out, a decision that was upheld by the chancellor.

It's not as black and white as it should be when no charges are actually filed.
