I thought I knew what you were talking about till I saw the pics. My office building has actual mens urinals that stick out about as far as those pictured. Its wide all the way down to the front though you couldn't straddle these unless you were about 7' or had a step. Still a very strange urinal design that results in a lot of water usage and renders the standard size dividers useless since you're standing about 6 inches away from the edge of it. I really hate "childs" lowered version of it because its so low you get a lot of splashing. Maybe I'm supposed to wash my feet in that one?!?
