I've yet to see a study that shows a definitive causal link between milk products and complexion. Digestion issues, yes, if you're lactose intolerant (I am). Milk allergies (some people can't consume casein), yes. Not much you can do about the casein thing, but lactose intolerance is easily remedied. Beyond that, I've not seen any scientific evidence that shows anything that proves milk is as bad as some people want to believe.
But like I said, do whatever works for you. I, however, remain skeptical due to the paucity of evidence. I'm like that with most things, though.
