I was on my way to work one day and that happened to a minivan in front of me. We both pulled off and the deer had broken 2 legs. It was dragging itself out of the street into a nearby field. It was difficult to watch that.
I called 911 and informed them of the accident and told them that the deer needed to be put down. It's a shame I didn't have my bow and there were too many witnesses. I felt sorry for poor thing.
