Yep, Comcast sucks in some ways like all of them. I just know that they have to be better than many ISP's based on complaints I hear. That "Sandvine" thing on torrents was pissing me off, but that got resolved. I don't know the price exactly (wife pays the bill), but it is not overly high. I loved it when somebody asked why you would need so much bandwidth. Haha..
