Not trying to be a smart ass here, but any of the scenario's involving conditional picks would have to be 2014 draft picks.
I got laughed out of town a while back here on a conditional something along these lines (don't remember exactly)...
2014 4th rounder
2014 3rd rounder if he starts over half of the games
2014 2nd rounder if he starts the whole season and takes us to the playoffs
2014 1st rounder if he takes us to the Super Bowl
I would think you might be able to pull something like that off. Then, if the drafted QB beats him out, you are not out much. And if the drafted QB can not beat him out... let the chips fall.
