Then I ****ed the whole thing up and put 100lbs on. Okay. No. Big. Deal. (bullshit, it sucks) I know what to do when I get there, but I also know that I have 90 days to achieve ridiculous results. From there, it's all like before. So I think I'm going to take my "golden shot".

If you want a lifestyle idea, I can tell you what works for me (keeping in mind that the most overweight I've ever been is maybe 20-25 pounds).
I eat a Kashi granola bar for breakfast and have a couple of walnuts around 10:00. Costco sells huge bags of them for cheap, and they are delicious. I go out for lunch every day just like I always have (and this plus beer is why I pack on the pounds to begin with), but I only eat half of my meal. I then eat the rest of the meal for dinner, and I'm all set. I might have a small snack in the evening, but I try not to get carried away. Even if I do get carried away once in a while, that's nothing compared to eating the equivalent of one large meal total for lunch and dinner instead of two.
The key for me really is portion control. I can eat an enormous amount of food when I let myself go. The more I eat one day, the more I can eat (and want to eat) the next day. If I can just go two days of eating small meals, my stomach shrinks down to a fraction of it's previous size. Then, I can't even fathom eating a full restaurant meal.
