Ged, let's see here: We lost Rolle, and Hartwell is close to signing in Atlanta. Both of whom would have been better upgrades than Bell and Knight. We didn't really need a safety, and certainly not as much as a solid defensive back. Bell has a history of injuries. So far, I'd give KC a D.

Now, should we ultimately end up with Hartwell. It would be a B. Add in a Surtain trade, an A. Add in Ty Law by some miracle, and it would then be an A+++++

But, for now, I wouldn't say our moves warrant a B.
