I wouldn't advise to get it on the PS3 .. i WENT THAT ROUTE LAST YEAR AND IT WAS A HOT MESS..
I have 30mb up/down fiber optic internet here and I still had buffering freezing issues.. It was not my internet connection.
I went back to Directv, didn't want to but until they break the monopoly of the NFL programming we are stuck..
That watch it online shit sucks... screw that low quality shit...
I watch the Chiefs and Raiders play... and that's low quality enough for me.
