Williams, who knew where the ball would be, was able to go up and make a play on it. Shit happens. Offenses have every advantage in the world these days and Williams used them to his advantage.
Remember - they pay the other guy to play this game as well.
There's very little to complain about with Routt there. He did everything he could and Williams made a fantastic play on the ball. That happens to Flowers a few times every year and it happened to Carr as well.

This!! It was a poorly thrown ball by Freeman. Routt had great coverage and at one point I thought he could come up with the INT but in the end, Williams adjusted real well to the ball.
