Pretty good. I have never been much overweight and the most I ever weighed was 183 about a year ago before I started going to the gym. I've had to work out of town a lot so I was eating out lunch and dinner a lot and was starting to get a spare tire. I got down to 170 fairly quick but it took me a while to lose the last 8-10 lbs. I just kept going to the gym and running a few miles and started eating less at night and cut down on the beer and pop(soda) and that's when I lost the rest. I probably don't eat as healthy as I should, so I've tried to exercise more to make up for me eating Mexican food all the time.
