Tonights workout:
Three sets of 18 reps (I'm working on endurance right now):
Barbell squats - 75 lbs
Leg press - 180 lbs
Walking dumbbell lunges (holding 10's and 18 was with each leg)
Step ups (18 with each leg) (also, these are KILLER after doing lunges)
Three sets of 10 reps of goblet squats with 35 lb kettle bell (lower reps, but, hey, it was extra thrown in)
8 rounds (twice up and back) on the prowler with 25's on each side and 20 sec rests (or 30... I counted really slow) I did NOT fall off!
4 supersets of 10 leg lifts and 30 sec planks
500m row - 1:57.2 (no records, but, hey, I was tired)
Came home and devoured both legs of a rotisserie chicken. I felt like a ravenous pig.
