I think what has happened with this turd is that the league got a glimpse of how to beat him in 2010. A crack formed.
The crack widened in 2011, but it wasn't too bad because he played mostly shitty teams. The league's book on How To Beat Matt Cassel got a little thicker and more defined, though.
This year the Falcons wrote the final chapter in the second half of Week 1 and the league read the book and the crack got busted wide the **** open and now Cassel has a gaping mortal wound and is going to BLEED THE **** OUT FOR GOOD.
