And for realz, they make the best leftover meatball subs. Heat up the meatballs you're going to use, then get a nice sub bun, open it up, put down some provolone on each side of the bread, put down some meatballs, put s'more provolone on top, bake it at 350 until the cheese is all gooey and starting to brown...
Putting the provolone down on the bread is very important - otherwise, the bread will get soggy instead of crispy.
