Day 3. This is BULLSHIT! Damn you Shawn T! YOU can't even do this crap without taking an unscheduled breather every once in a while. I can hardly get outta my chair at work I'm so sore. In high school I was a decent 400 yard guy. When I'd cross the finish line at the end of a 400....it felt like death. Worst feeling in the world....until Insanity.
