You are now allowed to park on the any street at any time if it snows or face having your vehicle towed and a 150 dollar fine. The problem is in the winter it snows once a week minimum with different amounts of severity and the ordinance is never anounced when it goes into effect and at what time so every body is left guessing.
Many people without driveways were told ( after thier cars were towed ) that they should have parked in thier yard. Cities ,nowadays especially, will do anything to make and save money.

We did that and when we parked the vehicle in the yard they hit us with one of those tickets for disabled vehicles in yard
