Tyler Wilson is a polished college QB with a ton of experience and mental intangibles. With all that, he shouldn't fall to the 4th round. He's in the 4th round because he has tiny hands, throws a so-so deep ball, and has questionable accuracy at times.
Contrast that with Dysert. Dysert has the leadership and the physical intangibles, but he's just raw.
When guys as experienced as Wilson and Barkley fall this low despite having all the physical measurables, it's not an upside pick.
