I did like the fact that she was annoyed by the wolves, and it turned out they were basically just raising the alarm. And... what happened after that might make her think differently of them in the future.

I could swear that in the novels, Catelyn wouldn't let the wolf into the room before that, that she'd kicked it out and it had been wailing outside the window.

But these novels are sooo thick and it's been years since I read them, so it's hard to keep everything straight.

(I intentionally did not re-read them after I heard about the series because I wanted the show to be as fresh as possible...)
