my facility has very basic equipment - a chest press, shoulder press, lat pull down and dumbells up to 50lbs - they also have elliptical and Treadmills.
I am wondering if I should have the burnout appoach - or - if I should go for the most weight w/o a spotter.
Just need to go back to the basics here.
Any general suggestions or rules of thumb would certainly be appreciated.
I'm a n00b again - so handle me with kitten gloves.
