That's a lot of cheese. A lot of calories that consist mostly of fat calories. And frying it adds even more fat. While some fat is good, not the kind that's found in processed cheese. Nuts, especially almonds, have good fat, but not the salted or honey roasted ones. Also, did you put mayo on your sandwich? I've switched to mustard. More spice and less calories.
