It's good and bad.. With more recording technology what's done in the public, good and bad, can be captured and brought to a wider audience.
At the same time, smart phones have allowed some very dumb people to produce content.
Want to stop , or at least the mitigate the effects of, dumb people, then ply your political leaders for more money and better usage of said funds for education.
