hypothetically speaking, i wonder if this indeed hurts his draft stock>?
The guy clearly won't be a scorer in the NBA, so why would gm put low ppg against him?
I'd say with the skillset phil has, 7-10 ppg with his 7 apg would be absolutely enough to get him in the nba.
