If it was written into the CBA that players can't wear any NFL gear other than that gear of the team they're currently signed, I'd agree.
But the guy was DRAFTED by the Niner's, took them to a Super Bowl, can't renegotiate his contract until
after next season and isn't eligible for free agency until after the 2014 season.
But hells yeah, he's insulting The MAN.
