I haven't done any of the cleanses in the book. In fact, I'm only halfway through it. I was merely recommending it as an interesting read rather than referring to it as gospel. From your earlier post, I got the impression that you were interested in the subject & wanted to get an idea what the fuss was about. That's why I'm reading it. I think it's an interesting theory.
Finally, no, it doesn't bother me that scientists think it's a load of BS. I think a lot of it is a load of BS.
