I'll be honest, if I worked closely with him, we'd have some '**** you' moments. And those aren't always a bad thing if they're done among guys with a great deal of respect for each other.

That was Pioli's downfall, IMO. He didn't have any respect for anyone so when you gave him back what he was giving you, he made it his mission in life to make you miserable. If Dorsey can take what he'll give out, it will work.

But he's going to have to work with strong personalities, IMO, because he definitely has a command approach to things and that's going to crater some folks if they're not cut out for it.
