Scouts are only as good as the head personnel guys who know what to do with that information. It's very possible the scouts fed good scouting information to a incompetent boobs who had no concept of how to use that information.
I bet a lot of these scouts look a lot better when Dorsey gives them direction on who to scout, and makes better decisions based on information the scouts give him.

I' m assuming it's going to be the same scouts for this draft cause Dorsey won't have time to bring in all new ones now. But yes, new direction and leadership will help.
