Flynn will be 28 at the start of next season.
Acquiring him would be of equal stupidity of acquiring Smith. If forced to do either, though, I'd take the former because the cost would almost certainly be financial; I cannot imagine that Seattle would demand more than a token draft pick to get Flynn's contract off the books.
Smith, however, would be far more costly in terms of draft compensation.
Neither will win a SB; both options are ridiculously stupid--make no mistake of this.
