It doesn't say much for the NFL Officiating staff that the league has apologized so much this year for blown calls.
I will admit that the call on Kauffman in Oaktown probably would not have changed the outcome of the game since the Raiders pretty much moved the ball on us at will that day.
[b]BUT[/b], the other 3 games were decided by less than a touchdown and were at VERY critical junctures in the game.
Which brings to mind an interesting question.....
[b]If we had gotten the calls in those games and won every one of them, would all of us still be calling for Gunther and Carl's head on a platter?[/b]
