My biggest motivation the next time I quit is going to be my son. He was before, but then I let stress take over my thoughts and I lost my focus. What sucks is I was doing really well and was proud of myself, (even though I was sneaking a few smokes a day), then I got pissed one day and lit up, one after the other.

Quitting smoking is the hardest thing I've ever tried to quit. I could say no to another line of coke... I'd had more than enough already. I could turn down a joint because I didn't want dry mouth. Drinking was hard but if you just don't go to the liquor store it works for me. Smoking is a whole different animal.
