I use a mix of pork and beef. All the usual ingredients, Eggs, Worcestershire, eggs etc. but I smoke mine on the smoker. I don't use loaf pans either it goes on a pizza pan that has holes in it that keeps the fat from sitting in the pan. You get good carmelization all the way around and its not soggy on the bottom. We don't even do it in the oven anymore.
