I hate the venom hydra kite method, but its the only thing that has worked with rare mobs and bosses in Inferno so far. So I kite with Venom Hydra down doing its work and then if I get a second I turn around and toss an arcane orb at whatever is chasing me before I get rinse and repeat.

Thats pretty much my strategy and build as well. Although I've started using tele with fracture lately.
