About 3 months ago, I decided to drop some weight and get in shape. Pretty simple regimen, really- portion control, cut out junk, soda, and most breads, and dramatically upped my calorie burn by walking 4-8 miles a day. Happy to say I've dropped just shy of 30 pounds, and am less than 10 pounds from my goal of 165 lbs (I'm 6'1")...
