Depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, feelings of worthlessness, insomnia, stress, low income, anxiety, etc. All things that are part of deeper problems that people face. Weight gain and poor health are symptoms of larger issues for many people. If you can't understand that then you are just being ignorant.
