I had been stuck at about eight pounds above my goal for there weeks or so and was really starting to doubt that I was going to ever drop the rest. I got on the scale yesterday, and I was suddenly down a pound and a half. This morning, I was down another pound and a half. 5.3 pounds to go.
This seems to be a trend with me. I go weeks without losing anything or maybe even gaining a pound or so before having a sudden drop. Does anyone else experience anything like that?
