Watched Star Wars Episode II last night for the first time since the movie came out.
It's worse than I remember.
The acting and dialogue is so laughably bad, which was reinforced by a first-time viewing partner beside me. The bluescreen work is also ****ing horrible...tons of shit in that movie look so ****ing fake. Honestly the special effects in Empire look better.

The scene with Anakin and Padme out rolling in the fields was gut churningly bad. Has there ever been two people with less attraction for one another try and push a "serious" love scene?
The scene in the latest Indy film where he hides in a fridge to survive a nuke (and does after being thrown half a mile or more) is ****ing Casablanca compare to the putrid shit of Episode II.
