Calling KC's Bluff doesn't cause them to draft Joeckel and immediately trade Albert. They can just as easy make Albert play under the tag...start Joeckel at RT and then get a comp pick for Albert next year if they can't / won't get a deal done with him.
Meanwhile, Miami has exactly dick at LT to protect Tannehill.
