Not likely. Fr cause terminations in normal contracts are usually very limited. I dunno about GM contracts, but probably even more so. BUT, whatever for cause argument they had was likely blown by waiting YEARS to fire the guy. Plus Hunt,probably approved the firings and the risk of an age discrimination lawsuit was likely known.
