Washington requires the stickers and about 99.999% of all of the stations are 10% (I've never seen E95, or whatever it is, around here). There is a cardlock station in town that offers "no ethanol" gas. I use it in my lawn mower and snow thrower tractor. It's more expensive though, so I don't use it in the cars.
We got a fresh shipment from Libya this morning, so gas just went up 5 cents, to $3.94.
