Same positives as hiring Reid or cowher. You get a guy who is going to build a top notch football team who will be in a super bowl hunt every year.

For the record, I don't want to hire the guy because the downside is you get a very talented, well coached football team who can't win at the next level. Same downside as Reid and to some extent cowher.
