Exactly... if you're going to cyber-kick people in the nuts during the highs, you have to return to take the return jabs. Otherwise, you look like a smack and run type of member.

And, yes - that R1 pick from CHI looks great and while Smith hasn't played well his rookie season, I'm not as upset about losing their original R1 pick. It burns a bit, but let's see what this guy can do in Y2 and Y3... not all DBs fly high right out of the gate as rookies.

I just hope that Bowlen is ready to sign some fat contracts... he's about to make a few players very very rich, and it all starts with Brandon Marshall. I think they'd be silly not to give Orton a nice contract too. Again, say what you will... but, he's played well.

McD frustrates me with his offense... I don't think he's really used his players to the best of their abilities, but as a fan - that's always easy to say. There's a lot of talent on that team and I think some of it has been wasted thanks to the play calling, not because of what Orton can or cannot do. I've been happy with Orton, they can certainly build around him and continue winning with him.

They need some solid young playmakers on defense... Dumerville is up for big money too, right? Damn...
I'm still pissed about giving that R1 for Smith and will continue to be until he proves me wrong. Going into the draft with 2 R1 would be pretty damn sweet right now.
I'm fine with keeping Orton but if an available QB is the BPA on any round of the draft we need to grab him becasue the cupboard is bare. Phil Sim's kid gives me nightmares.
You have to wonder how the veterans are going to hold up next year, guys like Weigman, Champ, etc. We have some old guys along with our young.
And lastly why the fluck won't McKid use Peyton Hillis on short yardage, goal line and change-of-pace downs? Pisses me off.
