The 3-4 DE talent is pretty thin in this draft, and there's no really anybody you'll find in the 1st that's a real plug-and-play. Even Stephon Tuitt (who I love) is a project.
Too many teams need safeties. Clinton-Dix and Pryor are going to get overdrafted. I like bringing back Abdullah and taking my best swings I can in the midrounds.
As for the TE/WR combo, that's a fair point. I just have a hard time figuring where I'm going to sacrifice snaps if I bring in a WR
and Maclin. And that's even assuming we let McCluster go, as I do here.
