I disagree. TCU brings nothing the league didn't already have and they take away whatever their share of the pie is
WVA is like Neb and Ark in that they are the only show in town in states that rabidly follow them. The footprint expands and adds to the potential Tier 3 dollars of a conference network should the league decide to reverse course and pool all of that and given the way things have gone for Bevovision that may happen eventually. TCU is just another TX school in a league that has them in spades and no longer has the advantages they enjoyed in the MWC. WVA get now get players from there as well as their usual recruiting haunts.
WVA they could take or leave but it's a decent enough add for what was available at the time. TCU is just a drain on the teet.
