There are literally dozens of ways to lose weight. I've been on Weight Watchers for the last 3 weeks and have dropped weight each week. Not huge amounts, but I'm eating healthier and I'm feeling good about my lifestyle change.
I'm sure you and Buck's no-carb diet works great for you and many others. The intent of this thread is for a bunch of people with the same goals to exchange ideas and support for each other. Not to belittle because they're not doing it "your way".
