best espresso i've ever had is at PT's in topeka...truly great, i had a shot that tasted like lemons

second best, Intelligentsia in Chicago

at home i use a ceramic coffee dripper with pretty much anything from these guys, but usually this:

also keep a jar of cafe bustelo instant around for emergencies...the only instant i've found that doesn't taste like dirt anus
