With few exceptions, the area inside the red line (northeast) is an absolute shithole, and unfortunately, the only area a lot of people see - because you have to drive through it to get from the airport to downtown.

KC would be in the same boat if you had to drive 10+ miles through Troost or The Paseo to get to downtown.
We have a new vendor that's based out of St. Louis. I'm trying to talk them and my boss into paying for us to fly out there and see their processes.
